Meditation has always been more than a practice for me, it’s a sanctuary, a sacred pause amidst life’s chaos. It’s where I find stillness and where I invite others to meet themselves with kindness and presence. What makes my meditation offerings unique is how I blend my deep love of poetry with the practice. Poetry, like meditation, touches the soul through rhythm, imagery, and silence. Through carefully chosen words and verses, I guide you to connect more deeply with your inner landscape, awakening emotions, insights, and a sense of wonder.

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditative practice that guides you into a state between waking and sleeping. In this space, the nervous system resets, emotional tension unravels, and the subconscious opens to healing. It’s one of my greatest joys to share this practice, especially with women who are learning to reclaim their radiance after relationship struggles, burnout, or life transitions.
