My journey with nutrition has been deeply personal. Living with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) presented challenges like hormonal imbalances, weight fluctuations, and energy dips. Now, navigating perimenopause brings its own set of experiences, mood shifts, sleep disturbances, and changing body rhythms. These phases have taught me that nutrition isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution; it’s about tuning into your body’s unique needs and responding with kindness and understanding.
