Life moves fast. Sometimes we don’t even realize how much we’re holding, in our bodies, our minds, our hearts.

These weekly online meditation sessions are a space to slow down and come home to yourself. You don’t need to be “good” at meditating. You don’t need to be calm already. You just need to show up, as you are.

Each session is guided with care and intention. A soft place to land after a busy day or a scattered week. Through breath, stillness, and gentle awareness, we create space to release what’s heavy and reconnect with what’s steady and true within you.
