How Our Yoga Is Different
Yoga that meets you where you are. Always.
This isn’t the kind of yoga that demands perfection or expects you to fit a mold. Our teaching is rooted in lived experience and years of training, designed to make yoga accessible, inclusive, and empowering for every body, especially those often left out of traditional yoga
spaces.
We understand what it’s like to feel uncomfortable or unseen in a class. That’s why we teach from a place of compassion, not comparison. Whether you live in a bigger body, are healing from trauma, or are new to the mat, you are deeply welcome here.
Our classes prioritize:
• Body-positive language
• Trauma-informed guidance
• Supportive variations and props
• Permission to rest, modify, or simply be
Classes are subject to change without notice – please check our online booking system to secure your booking.

Vuyo Mthetho
Vuyo Mthetho
Vuyo is a dedicated yoga teacher who brings warmth, mindfulness, and intention into every class. She trained as a 200-hour Vinyasa teacher through Wellness Connection in Hout Bay in 2024 and has since led community yoga events that combine reflective movement with journaling.
Vuyo’s philosophy is that movement is medicine. She believes that how we relate to our bodies and ourselves forms the foundation for a vibrant and expansive life. Her classes guide students to release tension, nourish joints, muscles, and fascia, and flow into clarity
and ease, whether it’s for recovery from injury, chronic pain, or simply preventing the effects of a sedentary lifestyle. Through mindful movement and connection to nature, Vuyo encourages participants to
“disconnect to reconnect,” tapping into the body’s intelligence, energising the mind, and awakening a natural sense of flow. Her approach is grounded, supportive, and accessible, offering students space to reconnect physically, mentally, and emotionally.
