Modern life asks a lot of us. Many of us move through our days carrying stress, overwhelm, mental clutter and exhaustion without ever taking the time to truly pause. Soul Sanctuary was created as a monthly opportunity to slow down, reconnect and support your nervous system in a gentle and meaningful way.
This intimate candlelit experience combines guided meditation, therapeutic touch, reflection and deep rest to help you transition from doing into being. No yoga experience is required. No meditation experience is required.
Simply arrive as you are and allow yourself to be held, supported and nurtured.

THERAPEUTIC TOUCH
As part of the experience, each participant will receive individual therapeutic touch during the guided meditation. Upon arrival, you will have the opportunity to choose your preferred area of focus:
- Scalp
- Hands
- Feet
This is not a massage treatment, but a gentle therapeutic touch experience designed to encourage relaxation, grounding and nervous system support.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As spaces are limited, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are non-refundable.
