Yoga & Meditation

How Our Yoga Is Different

Yoga that meets you where you are. Always.
This isn’t the kind of yoga that demands perfection or expects you to fit a mold. Our teaching is rooted in lived experience and years of training, designed to make yoga accessible, inclusive, and empowering for every body, especially those often left out of traditional yoga
spaces.

We understand what it’s like to feel uncomfortable or unseen in a class. That’s why we teach from a place of compassion, not comparison. Whether you live in a bigger body, are healing from trauma, or are new to the mat, you are deeply welcome here.

Our classes prioritize:
• Body-positive language
• Trauma-informed guidance
• Supportive variations and props
• Permission to rest, modify, or simply be

Classes are subject to change without notice – please check our online booking system to secure your booking.

Meditation and poetry are woven into a sanctuary of presence and stillness, offering moments to return to your inner world , it’s been waiting for you. Look out for the regular Candlelit Nidra evening, a special opportunity to pause, soften, and reconnect.

Meditation is more than a practice here; it’s a sacred pause amidst life’s chaos, a space where the mind quiets and the heart opens. What makes these offerings unique is the blend of poetry with meditation, guiding participants to connect more fully with their inner landscape. Through carefully chosen words and verses, emotions, insights, and a sense of wonder are gently awakened.

Guided meditations and Yoga Nidra sessions are intuitive, poetic, and intentionally crafted to help participants soften, release, and come home to themselves. Rooted in mindfulness and layered with heartfelt poetry, each session goes beyond relaxation, it is an invitation to reconnect with the body, inner wisdom, and personal truth.

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a powerful meditative practice that leads participants into a state between waking and sleeping, allowing the nervous system to reset, emotional tension to release, and the subconscious to open to healing. Candice particularly enjoys sharing this practice with women navigating life transitions, burnout, or relationship challenges, helping them reclaim their radiance and self-trust.
